This week we met up with world renowned running coach Richard Diaz. Richard has been fixing form and coaching runners all of the world for decades. He currently works with Hunter McIntyre and has trimmed his 5k time down from
16:30 to sub 15 minutes.
As I have trouble with my knee he was able to break down my form from a terrible heal strike to an effective stride.
