One Year Renovating 300+ Year Old Italian Farmhouse

My wife and I are one year into refurbishing and renovating an old Italian farmhouse and an old attached stable which we are planning to turn into a tiny house (although it's rather big). The first couple of months in 2024, I solely focused on building a shed for our tractor and tending to the land, while we were waiting for the purchase of the house to go through. When the purchase was finalized and the previous owners had moved out, we began refurbishing the livable part of the house, while we started preparing for our wedding and getting the building permit for the stable.
