OFFSET SMOKER FIRE MANAGEMENT FOR BEGINNERS | How To Burn A Clean Fire | Fatty's Feasts
The most important thing when it comes to cooking DELICIOUS barbeque every time, is burning a clean fire. You can use the best woods, the best rubs, the best binders, etc, but nothing will taste good if you can't burn a consistent, clean fire. Fire management was something that stressed me out when I first started backyard barbeque. I seemed to always have trouble keeping the wood lit and getting consistent airflow. However, over the last few years, I've figured a thing or two out that has helped me become a better pit master, that I want to share with you all in this video. My hope is I can help you solve some of the problems you may have with your smoker. I also want to hear from anyone who has tips or tricks they want to share.
