OBS Studio for Beginners!

This video will get you started at setting up OBS Studio. OBS Studio is a streaming/recording program that is free at obsproject.com. You can use it as a screen recorder, but you can also do so much more! Bring videos, images, displays, other computer screens, cameras, text and many more right into your presentation. If you are a student needing to make an "online" presentation, this program works great. If you are a teacher needing to make videos or presentations, this works great. If you want to stream live to YouTube, Facebook, Twitch, etc, this is the program for you. The purpose of this video is to cover the basics in setting up and using OBS. There will be a couple additional videos covering two additional plugins: UpDeck- which allows you to use a phone to switch between scenes remotely. NDI - which allows you to bring into your presentation other computer displays and video from streaming services like Skype. Many gamers use this feature to stream their games, so it frees up resources on their gaming PC. Look for those follow-up videos soon!
