Ngcukaitobi : Some sections of the Expropriation Act need to be clarified

Author of The Land Is Ours author, Advocate Tembeka Ngcukaitobi has cautioned politicians who may be planning to use the recently signed Expropriations Act for their selfish interests. Adv. Ngcukaitobi to comments from several parties following the signing of the Bill into law by President Cyril Ramaphosa last week.
