New Lens! Sony 16-35mm f/4 G Power Zoom

Sony just announced the new FE 16-35mm f/4 G PZ lens. This lens is an interesting update to the older Zeiss co-branded wide-angle zoom lens for Sony's mirrorless system. As Sony has been using lenses with XD linear motors for autofocus, we now have XD motors being used to drive the zoom as well. It does have some distortion issues as I detail in this video, however it is corrected in-camera for video and Jpeg files. I think this is an ideal lens for video as it gives you some options we've not seen before with zoom.
