NEIGHBOR Confrontation and AMAZING Property Makeover

While I was working on transforming this yard the neighbor came up to me. I wasn't sure if he was going to fight me or what because he got into an altercation with a group of teenagers the other day when I came by to take a look at this property. He had yelled at them and they accused him of animal abuse but it seemed like the teenagers wanted to rile him up to get him in trouble. The man squared up and raised his fist to the biggest teenager. I could see the man was fuming and ready to throw down with any of them.
