Mystery film! Clip testing for film speed and development time.

I found this vintage mystery film in a bulk film loader I recently purchased. I'll perform a very basic series of clip tests on the film to determine an approximate effective ISO to shoot the film at, and to determine an appropriate development time. The set of tests I'll use is fairly simple and will provide rough results that are close enough for general use of the film.
