Hi friends, In this video I’m continuing sharing my daily live in Novosibirsk, Russia. 🇷🇺 As an introvert and a single mom of 2 sons on my journey of healing from anxiety. Im sharing my slow daily routine. Cooking, grocery shopping etc. In this episode I was already freezing in my warmest feather jacket, and it was only end of September! I also went to a different area of the city where I used to live when i was little, it’s called Birch Grove. And so I was walking around the Birch Grove. And then was enjoying delicious salmon that my grandma salted for me.
