*Surely it will have improvements along time. 0:00 Introduction 2:13 Automatic Offsets Calibration 7:20 Preparing to print 15:00 (PLA) Print! 17:36 Enclosure install 24:24 (ABS/ASA) Print! "To be clear, I plan to sell this my self, as a kit. I will do my best that the price would be "No point on self sourcing", and parts are closed source anyway. (I could sell personal licenses maybe) Cant beat Bambu but Have to beat Prusa XL by far, for this to be reasonable." This is my new 3D printer design. It has 6 individual hotends which are swapped to toolhead. Yes, only hotends are swapped! All share one extruder, fans and so on. Exception, there is one shared blower in the tool park for hotends. The main idea is to minimize the part usage, hence cost of the printer. And of course, multi tool printer is much more economic in filament and time usage compared to single nozzle multi-COLOR printers. Only fraction of waste (of material and time) goes in priming! Also you can mix different materials almost without limit. Printer uses Klipper software, and I have written a series of macros which automates calibrating the nozzle offsets. Works great! I have decided that I will aim to commercialize my work. Motion: CoreXY Build volume: 300mm squared Speed: Super mega lightning... Fast enough for practical use!
