My disappointment with Launch X431 Pro Elite - why does nothing work for PSA vehicles?

I bought this so that I could carry out configurations, pcm updates etc on newer PSA ECUs. With diagbox you can now only do online coding with a connection to the diagbox network. Launch pro elite lists so many functions I was excited to buy it. Unfortunately none of them really work and we don't have the option to do dealer level software updates either.
