When you hear someone explain repeatedly why life is hopeless or how the world is cruel, you might find yourself agreeing. You may notice yourself thinking, “He’s right, there is no solution. It’s hopeless. The world isn’t fair. What is the point anyway?” If this has happened to you, there are two things you need to know: 1. You are not alone. I had this experience with my husband, and I hear the same thing from many, many women. 2. There is a solution! That’s what this video is about. I walk you through six steps to choosing, creating and practicing your own worldview. Once you do this, you’ll be able to show up for your partner and really hear their experience with compassion, WITHOUT taking on their thoughts. It’s pretty cool, because when you can enter into that conversation with a strong internal Knowing of how the world is, it enables you to truly hear them. You are no longer afraid of “catching” their negative perspective. If this video was helpful, please subscribe to the channel to learn more actionable tools!
