It starts by explaining the history of the industry, from the 1960’s through to the credit crunch and collapse of the market in the late 2000’s paying special attention to the developer ‘Polaris World’. It explains the fall out from the crash and the ecological damage to the Mar Menor before looking at the region's recovery. The video ends by reflecting on the region as it is today.
