MSFS 2020 Retrospective - How realistic is it?

Hello flight simmers and welcome back to Alpha Hotel Flight simulator training. With the release of Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 rapidly approaching - I thought we would look back at MSFS 2020 and do a little bit of a retrospective. From the point of view of someone new to aviation and learning about it for the first time, or for someone looking to increase their aviation knowledge or skills - what did MSFS 2020 do well, and where did it fall short. What skills are beneficial to practice in the simulator - and what should you actually get in a certified simulator or an actual aircraft to experience in the most realistic way. We’ll take a look at those things, and also talk a little bit about what I hope will improve in the newest iteration of MSFS - flight sim 2024.
