Morris Minor - Engine Removal - Project Daily Drive #18

Today is the day that the engine comes out! In todays episode of Project Daily Drive, we are doing all the prep work, and then removing the engine from Jean. This was a massive challenge and was a steep learning curve for me as I have never removed an engine before. Big shoutout to my friends Chris, Chelsea and Gill who came down to help me out and to my dad who also gave a massive helping hand! This took place over a solid 3 weekends, where we had to tackle rusty bolts, grease, oil and fluids, tools not fitting, waiting on tools and deep frustration. However the feeling of sucess of getting the engine out was great. I really enjoyed this project and I am excited to get into working on this engine.
