More TI-99 Video Modes Unlocked in BASIC with XB GEM

I look at more TI-99 graphics modes made possible by the Extended BASIC libraries now included in the XB GEM package. In particular, the 40 and 80 column text modes of T40XB and T80XB, and the mixed bitmap/text mode of TMLGA.
