Montana Mountain Loop Trail - Superior, Arizona

Hello, and welcome back to Follow! It’s early January 2025, and Logan & I have made our way to Arizona to film a series of videos over the course of a ten day epic adventure. Unfortunately, Elisha had to stay behind for work but will be joining us later in the week. Our first video is of the Montana Mountain Loop Trail. Our friends Leslie & Bill join us and lead the way as the area experts. This trail is located in the Superstition Mountain Range and is part of the Tonto National Forest. Our adventure today will result in just over 34 miles traveled, from point to point on the map, and see a total elevation difference of 3,417 feet, beginning at 1,981, rising to 5,398 and returning to 2,441 feet above sea level. This allows for the unique opportunity to traverse desert landscapes, amongst the Saguaro Cactus, and then later find yourself a top a mountain with spectacular 360-degree views of the surrounding areas.
