Modified Mechanical Pencil with Maple and Cherry Inlay

A friend of mine, Wes Woods, asked me to make him another mechanical pencil. When I asked him what he wanted, he just said what ever you come up with. I've had an idea to do a veneer inlay in a pen for a while and this seemed like a great opportunity to try that ideas out. It also seems like a good time to try something else. I really dislike the center band of the mechanical pencil kits so taking a queue from my modified Slimline pen, Here's what I came up with. I hope you like it. Regards, Bob
