This video describes how to migrate catalogs stored on the internal drive of one computer to the internal drive of another computer along with the images they store or reference. Capture One catalogs can store image files inside the catalog, reference image files stored outside the catalog, or both. For image files stored outside the catalog, the image files can be referenced elsewhere on your internal drive or on an external drive. We will address all of these scenarios in this video.
Always make an as-is backup before you begin this process. This will be the only rescue option you have if your catalog becomes corrupt and should be a regular part of your computer system management practices. Good computer systems management practices cannot be overstressed.

My videos and live streams demonstrate why I use Capture One for all my photo editing. Some highlight specific tools or capabilities. Some compare Capture One to other photo editing tools. All are intended to illustrate why I use Capture One after having used other tools for over a decade.
I encourage comments and questions. I try my best to respond in a timely manner.
