In 2024, Microsoft changed the Microsoft Forms Excel sync. You now need to open the workbook to trigger a sync, which somewhat breaks the ability to automate reporting on the data in Power BI. Here's a workaround that uses Power Automate to send the data to a Microsoft List - if we connect to that instead, it's still usable.
