Taco is one of the famous Brazilian dishes made with cooked meat. Today, in our village, the local women are busy preparing this dish! They have chosen a wooden cabin in the middle of the forest, a little distance from the village, for cooking. To make tacos, they first cook and finely chop the meat. Then, they prepare the special taco bread on a ‘Saj’ and garnish it with onions and vegetables. These women are cooking this famous Brazilian dish in one of the villages of Iran.
