Matterport vs. Matterport! Actually, it's more of a field test of the Z1 performance vs. the Matterport performance while using the Matterport Capture App. Why would I do this after scanning Matterport Pro and Matterport Pro2 only for over 5 years? Well, I had a hunch that the Z1 would perform "pretty well" in the field, and the difference in fidelity and model quality maybe not be discernible by clients. It could therefore be a viable, less expensive alternative to growing your fleet with the Pro2, while still offering Matterport scans to clients...but did it stand up to the test?
