The Largest 3D CNC Carving on a Benchtop Machine! Kevin took the Shapeoko CNC Router to the limit with this massive 80” x 40” 3D-carved door! The project started with a custom-built blank made from pine and plywood, which was machined in two parts to fit the CNC’s capacity. Traditional techniques brought out every detail of the carving, giving it a stunning, antique furniture-style finish. This massive project showcases how far you can push a CNC router!
