What’s new in Maschine 3?
● Stem Separation—Split any audio file into drums, bass, vocals, and other
instruments. Powered by iZotope’s legendary RX technology for the
highest quality.
● Maschine Central—A completely redefined library, with all the sounds to
craft heat in any genre. Machine Central includes over 100 kits, 144
Kontakt instruments, and synth presets from Monark, Massive, Prism,
and more.
● MIDI Editing tools—A suite of MIDI editing tools to split, join, erase and
mute MIDI notes, keyboard shortcuts, audible MIDI note previews, and
more.
● Custom tempo upgrades—Set custom tempos per-scene for deep
control over track flow and live performance.
● Kontrol S-Series MK3 integration—Basic integration includes transport
controls, integrated control over Play Assist, on-keyboard display of
Maschine modules, and support for thousands of NKS partner
instruments, with more updates on the way.
● Additional software—Get Ozone 11 Elements, an easy-to-use set of
mastering tools free with the Maschine 3 bundle, alongside Massive,
Monark, and Reaktor Prism.
● Bounce in place—Render sounds, patterns, and ideas as audio, saving
CPU power and opening up new creative possibilities.
● More file formats—Maschine can now import MP3, MP4, FLAC, and
OGG files.
From retro pop to cutting-edge drill, Maschine Central is a definitive,
genre-spanning library of kits, instruments, and presets for use with Maschine
software and hardware. Available separately, or bundled with Maschine 3.
● 103 kits, packed with samples— Hip hop, pop, R&B, funk, electronic,
and beyond, plus thematic options like vocals, hooks, and dark pianos.
● 144 Kontakt instruments—Featuring the sound of renowned instruments
like Noire, Straylight, Session Strings, Choir: Omnia, and many more.
● 204 Synth presets—Ready-to-go sound for Maschine’s bass, drum, and
poly synths, plus extra juice for the legendary Massive, Monark, and
Prism.
Notes on compatibility
● Maschine 3 functions without hardware, and is supported by following
controllers: Maschine Mikro MK3, Maschine MK3, Maschine Studio, and
Maschine+ in controller mode
● Supported Keyboard controllers: M32, A-series, Komplete Kontrol
S-Series MK2 and basic integration with the Kontrol S-Series MK3
● Maschine Jam is supported by Maschine 3 but without an update to the
browser interface
● Currently, projects created standalone on Maschine+ in the Maschine 2
format will open in Maschine 3, but not vice versa.
● Compatibility for Maschine 3 with Maschine+ in standalone mode will be
added in the Maschine 3.1 update, coming soon
