Marathon Cinematic Breakdown

We are so happy to be able to share our breakdown of Marathon's new cinematic trailer with you all. After being blown away by this final trailer at the Marathon reveal event on April 12th Michael and I watched it over and over and over... We instantly started putting our thoughts together to make a video that both explores the narrative implications of what is shown and also explains some of what we feel makes this piece so moving. Understanding the artistic choices that went into making this trailer feels pivotal to comprehending the piece in it's totality. Hopefully we were abled to convey how much lore and art are embedded into this project and we are absolutely grateful to Alberto Mielgo's team and Bungie for blessing us with such a profound prologue to the upcoming game. The creative direction they have gone with has created something that we feel is pure art. Bungie has created such a unique world that is begging to be explored in great depth over the last 30 years.
