Making Trike Monster 600cc 86HP on Fat Tires
The frame of this 1992 Suzuki GSX 600F (Katana) came from a donor bike. I bought it in the condition you see in the video, along with a useless fuel tank and cracked plastics. I had to source the engine and other components myself.
For the drivetrain, I used a differential I built in a previous project. It was originally meant for a different build, so I had to extend it to fit. I mounted 15-inch wheels with a 9.5-inch width and a deep lip, inspired by classic BBS rims. I fitted them with 225/45 R15 tires—I wanted wider ones, but they were too expensive.
Despite the challenges, I'm really happy with the result. The trike rides great, accelerates well despite the added weight, handles smoothly, and takes corners like a champ. Riding it is pure fun! 😃
