Making A Slitting Saw Arbor On The Chinese Mini Lathe S316

How I make a 1"inch slitting saw arbor on the Chinese Mini Lathe using a DCMT 070204 Blue Nano insert and cobalt drills. This arbor has an 8mm thread locking bolt that can be used with a live centre.
