Making a Hollow Forged Gyuto with Timo Verschuren!

In this video I make a hollow forged gyuto with Timo Verschuren, aka Hardent Knives. It was a lot of fun working with Timo ang I got to try out this special geometry I have been wanting to try for a long time! This knife was normalized and annealed before quenching, and tempered after, but I forgot to get clips of it.
