Macro lighting TRANSFORMED my photos in this winter WONDERLAND (Tutorial with flash setup)

In this macro photography tutorial I show how I use a lighting setup to transform my winter images. I discuss the ideas, techniques, tips and tricks I use when shooting with flash to create dramatic macro photos. I use my Godox AD200 flashgun off camera here, triggering it remotely with the Godox X Pro-C trigger on my Canon EOS R5 with 100mm f/2.8 RF macro lens. I ventured into the woodland around Edinburgh in Scotland during a deep freeze to capture magical winter images of the ice and snow. It was an amazing morning full of frosty photos that I really enjoyed taking, despite the cold weather. I really hope you enjoy this video as I had a great time putting it together.
