In this video we will discuss the basics behind bridging - a fundamental part of our networking world. With bridging you get the benefits of network extension, filtering and forwarding based on MAC (layer 2) addresses. We can apply this idea to virtual machines or interfaces inside a physical or virtual host. So let's talk about that and do an example in Ubuntu.
