Life of an Apple Part 1 - Apple Buds! | DAFT
In this episode of DAFT, Paul takes us through the first three stages in the life of an apple. In the beginning, the growth of an apple starts with their leaf and fruit buds in dormant. Next they grow into what can be considered as silver tip buds, almost ready to pop out and show some color. Demonstrated last in today's episode, you see that they begin to sprout some green from their buds calling this stage squirrel ears (or quarter inch green if you're feeling formal). Follow along in this DAFT series as Paul takes us from dormant buds all the way to crisp and ripe apples.
