Lieutenant colonel JAAKKO KANGAS, Finnish war veteran (WITH SUBTITLES)

In the Finland`s Winterwar (1939-1940) and the Continuation war (1941-1944) against the imperialistic Soviet Union, JAAKKO KANGAS advanced from a Second lietenant in reserve to a Captain. He was a successful Platoon commander and Company commander in different Jaeger and Antitank units in major battles at the Carelian isthmus. In this interview he speaks his mind on the High Command HQ during the wars and he has a lot to say! He retired from the Finnish Defense Forces as a Lieutenant Colonel. In the age of 84, Jaakko Kangas died 2 years after this interview, year 2000. We thank Lt.Col. Kangas for his service!
