Lecture 6: Introduction to convective storms and precipitation formation

In this lecture I go over the formation of convective storms. We talk about precipitation formation, lightning, thunder, hail, tornadoes, and unstable air. This was originally part of the Blue Planet lecture series at the University of New Mexico.
