Modern tools, like digital delays, make it very easy to create interesting Frippertronics set-ups. This technique was developed using reel to reel tape machines, making it possible to create long delays used as loops that could be overdubbed. In this video I use the Xaoc devices Samarkanda to explain the concept, dive into sound design with delays, and even create multi-loop jam setups.
