Learn CAD Sketcher | 8 | Basic Model With Revolve, Extrude & Boolean | Blender Beginners Tutorial

In this beginner friendly tutorial we build a thumb screw by revolving and extruding profiles using Blender 3D add on CAD Sketcher as if we was using a normal CAD package. Building on previous lessons we learn how to create a profile sketch and use the screw modifier (revolve) to create a solid rotation for the main body and then sketch on the top surface to create an integrated extrude (solidify modifier). This will boolean into the revolve to create the finished thumb screw. We will learn how to move and position sketch planes, delve deeper into constraints and use construction geometry.
