Hiya!
So this one is a bit of a long one for me. There's lots to plant and to harvest, plus I'm trying to keep my garden alive with all this hot weather 🥵
In this video I'm sharing my crops that are thriving, as well as the ones that are getting out of hand, and the ones that are struggling.
I also go on a couple on trips to nursery's and garden centres to pick up new seeds, seedlings and flowers to refresh my flower beds and veggie garden.
To finish this one off, I harvest some tomatoes and eggplants to make an easy pasta sauce and a baba ganoush dip for dinner.
