LATE ARCHERY ELK HUNT | WILL TO SURVIVE

I did it! If you have been following along by watching my scouting vids all year you understand how much time went into this hunt. I put over 60 days in the field not including my hunt. I train and shoot all year, in hopes to make a perfect shot and get my target down fast. This bull was the opposite. I hit him 2 times good before those 3 perfect placed arrows. This bulls “will to survive” is inspiring. It hurt the heart to see what I’ve been wanting all year suffer just a little bit. Remember why we hunt these in the first place and give nothing but respect to them. They are one of the toughest animals I’ve hunted.
