#Keycloak DevDay 2024: Best Practices for Extension Development (Sven-Torben Janus, Conciso)
Sven-Torben Janus (Conciso) @ 1st Keycloak DevDay 2024 (https://www.keycloak-day.dev) in Frankfurt:
Keycloak is a powerful open source identity and access management solution that already offers a wide range of features. However, for many organisations it is essential to customise and extend Keycloak to meet their unique #authentication and #authorisation requirements. In this presentation, I will share my experience in developing and maintaining two popular Keycloak #extensions: Home IdP Discovery and Keycloak Restrict Client Auth. We will discuss best practices for developing Keycloak extensions. We will also share our tips for testing, debugging and deploying Keycloak extensions. Whether you are new to Keycloak or an experienced developer, this presentation will provide valuable insights on how to unleash the power of Keycloak through effective extension development.
