The second week of Karen Read's retrial saw the Commonwealth's key tech expert Ian Whiffin of Cellebrite testify but falter on cross examination. Witness Jennifer McCabe may have perjured herself to the FBI when she was less than truthful about calling people before she gave a statement. Judge Beverly Cannone in the Norfolk County Superior Court in Dedham, Massachusetts will allow the defense ARCCA experts to testify, and the U.S. Supreme Court will not hear Read's appeal from the first trial.
