Just add yogurt. I use this method every day! Incredibly soft and delicious
Ingredients:
250g greek yogurt
42g honey
3g instant yeast
1 egg
250g all-purpose or bread flour
3g salt
30ml olive oil
Recipe:
250g yogurt
42g honey
Mix well
3g instant yeast
Wait for 5 minutes
1 egg (about 55g)
Mix well
Add to the yogurt
Mix
250g all-purpose or bread flour
3g salt
Mix well
30ml olive oil
Knead the dough
A bit of oil
Cover and rise until double size
Move the dough to a work surface
Sprinkle some flour
Deflate the air bubbles
Shape the dough into a ball
Cut in half
Shape each piece into a ball

Cover and rest for 15 minutes
After 15 minutes
Roll up the dough from the long side
Pinch the edges
Pinch close the ends
Place on a baking pan
Repeat with the other piece of dough
Cover and rise until double size (about 45 minutes)
Brush some water
Sift some flour
Make diagonal cuts on the dough
Bake for 20-25 minutes at 375F/190C
Place on a rack to cool down
Slice the bread
So delicious!
