1+1/2 Tbsp soy sauce
2 pinch of sugar
150 ml milk

70 g flour
About 150 ml water
2 tsp Bonito dashi powder

400g sliced beef
3 medium potatoes
Some carrots
2 small onions
400g Shirataki noodles
- Sauce -
4 Tbsp soy sauce
3 Tbsp cooking wine sake
3 Tbsp sugar
100ml water
(Simmer on medium heat until water’s gone, about 20min)
