INGREDIENTS 250g BUTTER/MARGARINE 1/2 CUP SUGAR 2 EGGS 3 CUPS FLOUR 1/2 Tsp BICARBONATE OF SODA/BAKING SODA 3Tsp BAKING POWDER JAM METHOD in a bowl cream Butter and sugar .until combined add 2 eggs continue to mix SIEVE flour ,baking powder and soda .then add to the cream. measure one cup of the dough and freeze for 20 minutes layer the remaining dough into your baking pan cover the top with jam grate the frozen dough ontop bake for 20 minutes
