Is the Akai MPC 61 a Good Keyboard for Live Cover Band Gigs?

I wanted to find out if the Akai MPC Key 61 has a function similar to the Scene Select or Mute Groups found on the other keyboards that I use for gigging. Since loading projects will take too much time between songs when playing a live gig in a band setting, having sounds loaded and ready to go would be the way to go if the MPC Key were to be used at a gig. The question now is whether it can load enough sound data to accommodate a night's worth of songs. Track Group might be the solution
