Is It Possible To Train Like A Tour de France Pro Cyclist Around A 9-5 Job?

Professional cyclists competing in the Tour de France train a LOT. They ride their bikes and workout in the gym sometimes in excess of 30 hours a week, and then they focus on recovery and nutrition.
