Introduction to Region of Interest (ROI) Analysis in fMRI

How to perform ROI analysis in the fMRI package SPM. That's because there is an extra cube in the lower left whose face isn't showing, and it was too difficult to point to it without the screen getting too busy. So just assume it doesn't exist
