Introducing the free DeskProto CAM software: Part 1 - the wizards

DeskProto offers free CAM software, to be used with a CNC milling machine. This video explains these concepts and shows the basic workflow of CNC machining. Next the Free edition of the DeskProto software is started and each of the three wizards is demonstrated: Vector machining, Geometry machining and Bitmap machining. You will see how easy it can be to calculate NC toolpaths. The dialog-based user interface will be explained in Part 2 of this introduction video.
