Interactive Graph Visualization in Python with yFiles
Python is ubiquitous in the world of data science and machine learning. For Pythonistas working with Kuzu, Jupyter notebooks and more generally, interactive Python, are common ways to interact with Kuzu databases. In this video, join Prashanth Rao as he explores Kuzu's new integration with yFiles for Jupyter, a free graph diagramming widget made by yWorks. yFiles for Jupyter runs not only in Jupyter notebooks and Jupyter Lab, but also within popular IDEs like VS Code and Cursor, through the ipykernel Python library that powers Jupyter notebooks. In the video, we describe a wine-cheese pairing dataset inside two interactive Python environments (Jupyter Lab and Cursor), and show how simple it is to plug in the yFiles Jupyter widget into your Kuzu graph workflows -- all it takes is a couple extra lines of code! Take this integration for a spin in your next exploratory graph analysis! See the relevant URLs below 👇🏽.
