Immune Thrombocytopenia (ITP): Updated Review in 2020

Immune Thrombocytopenia (ITP) is an autoimmune disease recused by destruction of autoantibody-coated platelets in the spleen as well as decreased production of platelets in the bone marrow. New discoveries in pathogenesis of ITP leads to better understanding of the disease and open the way for improved treatment. Treatment of ITP will be discussed in the following YouTube presentation.
