Illustrator can't do Symmetry but I can | Adobe Tutorial for Beginners

Illustrator doesn't know how to do symmetry right but I do. I'll prove it. After recently posting two videos on Instagram using my custom Illustrator symmetry technique that I developed years ago, I got some comments asking why I didn't use the baked-in Illustrator tool.
