This recipe makes approximately 10 flatbreads using 80ml (1/3 cup) per ladle.
Ingredients:
- 400g (3 1/3 cups) All-purpose flour
- 300g (2 cups) Mashed potato (smooth, no lumps, can be lightly salted)
- 7g (1 1/3 tsp) Salt max.
- 10g (2 tsp) Sugar
- 660–720ml (2 3/4–3 cups) Water (mix of warm and cold, adjust for consistency)
- 40g (3 tbsp) Coconut oil (or other cooking oil)
- ½ tsp baking powder (optional; baking powder isn't necessary—it’s an optional enhancement and can give a slightly bitter taste).
